Default Music Organizer?

Is there an app where I can load up a single folder full of music (no folders within), and have it automatically make folders based on the artist and album information?

As in, lets say I have a regular mp3 file fully tagged, and I want this app to make a folder with its Artist name, then make a folder within there with its Album name, then put the song file in there to have everything organized.

The reason is that I’ve converted all my songs that weren’t 128kbps to 128kbps mp3 (before they were anywhere between 192kbps to 320kbps) because I think they sound good and have good file sizes (before 1800 songs were 7.5GB then it was 4.5GB afterwards, so it’s a pretty good difference; I still have 4000 other songs that are right where I want them).

I have MediaMonkey but I don’t know if it does the folder stuff…I just used it to get a list of songs that aren’t 128kbps.
