Multiple Monitor on/off switch?

Is there a way to have a shortcut on the desktop that enables/disables the secondary monitor? I always have to disable it, then enable it again and it pecks!

So do you know if there is a way?

I'm not sure if I get what you're asking, though... Can't you just turn the monitor you don't want to use off?
