MSI Core Center 3 Program for OCing?

I just installed a program thatcame w/ my moboard. i think I'm supposed to use it for OCing. I bumped up my FSb from 200 MHZ to 222, PCI-E from to 111. CPU voltage from VID to +8.3% and memory voltage from 2.65 to 2.70.

Was this wise? After making the following changes, the program showed no increase in the system or the CPU temps....this seems odd.

Any comments?
