Default Msbackup

I have tried looking for msbexp.exe on the recovery disks that came with this computer and no luck. Is there a web site somewhere that I can find it.

msbexp.exe was never installed on my computer. I only have recovery disks. I have scanned those disks and the backup file is not on them. There are plenty of programs out there, but not for mellinium M.E
