I just switched to a new computer. The Techs installed MS Office. I had my Word program customized so that the tool bars and th auto text had everything I wanted and nothing that I did not want.
I copied the Normal.dot template over and replaced it in the appropriate location but it did not work.
What am i doing wrong.
Also, I did some customizing to my default Word and came back today and found it had reverted back to the default! Why?
