MS Registry Errors

Well, i just reinstalled Windows, and everytime i get on the internet an error saying i have corrupted registry's pop up, and it says to go to a sight line win32win.com or such, and to download stuff, and if i leave my computer on over a period of time, i get over 100000 of these Registry Popups, i dont know whats going on, any suggestions?

Why would he have them so soon though...remember, he just reinsatlled.

You did do a FULL reformat didnt you, you deleted the existing partition first...?

Try a REFORMAT once more, a complete format.

WE did a full reformat, ive tryed running reg edits and reg cleaners, i did and it foun dlike 100 or so problems, fixed them and still the pop-up keeps coming up, i dont know whats wrong, its not ad-aware because its not an internet explorer popup...
