MS Outlook: acts up

Well, I don't know if this's right place to post, I'm new here.
Well, yes, I don't know if they are piles that make my MS Outlook starts up very slowly and usually acts up. Sometimes it freezes my whole system. How shold I do with this? Thanks

are there any plugins running??? have you recently installed anything like acrobat writer or any SMS text messaging addons?? if so, those may slow it down drastically.

No, actually no plug-in has been added.
I notice that at first, when my mails are not so many. it's better
Is there a way that you can move your old mails to another folder that you can 'surf' them in windows? (they won't appear in your MS Outlook)

One more question: if I want mails from senders of a specified group will be automatically placed in a specified folder in my inbox, what should I do? I tried 'rules' but I sucked, please help me!

what I'll need you to do it go to the message list pane and then you need to click the sort by and tell it go go by account

well the pane where the messages are listed, theres a sort thing on the top, clibk that and then it will have soem arrangement options.
