MS OUTLOOK 2003 recieves ALL messages DAILY with repeating??

Hey Guyz, i started using Outlook 2003 of late and for Yahoo Mail i use, YPOPS and the problem is every morning its getting filled with all the EMAILS from the inbox again, even though its already there, so they are completely repetition and useless and moreover ALL my other mails like GMAIL , another YAHOO account and another one is being sent to a YahooMail account and others, sometime i get and sometime i dont. Its very confusing, please help me, thanks.
