Default MS Outlook 2003

Does anyone know how often it checks for new messages when left minimized?
Thanks, or if you know how to access the setting becuase i need to know when posts are reported.

I don't think it does automatically check for new messages, unless when you first turn it on.

Go into Options, and check for a setting that might give you the ability to add a time limit. I haven't got a program to show you, but if its not in the options anywhere, after going through, its best to say there simply isn't one.

I found the answer and for anyone who wants to know it:
Go Tools,
Then click options,
choose the mail setup tab,
Then click the first button saying Email account,
Go all mail in the windows that pops up,
Then Apply.
