mp3 resizing

i was wondering if there is any software that could make my mp3 files smaller in size while still keeping them .mp3 files.

also, is there any program that boost the sound quality or how loud a song plays?

You cant shrink a song, without loosing quality...All you do it get a program down, and turn the knps down, to watver quality you want, and the song will get smaller...Im to lazy to loook for one, but google is ur friend ..

i see now. the lower quality the smaller the file.

using an mp3 compressor makes the size of the song smaller and doesn't loose quality.
