Power Mp3 Editor 2005 pro. It has a free trial and if you like it, then you can purchase it.

I have the 04 version and got it using Limeware.

*Fact: Microsoft Window's Blue Screen of Death vs Computerforums.org's White Screen of Death. Which is worse?

A good sound program Audacity. Its an MP3 editor as well as a Wave, plus is used to record form sources. you can then edit and save tracks in mp3, plus loads of other formats.
To export in MP3 afer editing one, it'd just need the LAME.dll file that you just search for on your PC, like from a player like Winamp. You can download the dll though easily!

This is the site address, and it is free!
