Talking Moving to Verizon; Please Help me pick stuff!

Well, I saw Verizons ad on TV for the bundle of internet, TV, and home phone. And its available in my area now!

So could someone help me figure out what I should be ordering? We use the phone a lot. But I cant figure out how to get Verizon VOIP with a bundled package (b/c it seems a lot cheaper...)

normally I'm used to a maximum torrent speed of 300kb/s so anything that fast is good (i use comcast right now) - so should I get FIOS or regular DSL?

And then for TV, I really dont care as long as they have like FOX, ABC, CBS, TBS, etc...

Thanks

Go with FIOS, because it just came out recently not alot of ppl have it now a-days. Also the TV is just basic cable i think.
