Does anyone know of a good movie editing program thats is
a) Free
b) Allows me to take off liets say subtitles that are allready there and i cannot get off.

I don't know of any free editors right off, but there's no real way to take off subtitles unless you enlarge the frame(say just drop the bottom off the screen) But of course, that'll drop the quality.
