has this just happened? if so have u installed anything to make it go like this, ie new software of drivers. As has been said its probably becaue the gfx drivers havent been installed or installed properly, or as i said b4 something has modified them.
Before u reinstall them, make sure u know what caused the problem in the first place so it wont keep happening.
