Mouse Battery Notification

I got a Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop keyboard and mouse and the moues battery notification is really starting to tick me off. It just keeps popping up, even when the battery meter shows that there is still good life in the battery's.

Now is there anyway to turn off this notification. There is no option inside Microsoft's Intellipoint software to do so, so is there anyway to turn it off, even with a registry setting or something.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Is the mouse battery notification a program of it's own or a part of another program? If it's a part of a program do u need other features of that program to be running constantly?

The notification is part of the mouse program. And I'm not about to uninstall the program either. The only I won't uninstall is because of the features of the mouse. Its got a vertical and horizontal scroll ability, which I use quite frequently.
