Default Motherboard upgrade

I am starting this thread because i am wanting to upgrade my old computer system.

My budget is 350 bucks and i need a mb that is like "future proof".

Any suggestions?

on board gpu is all i need.

also should i go with an intel or amd cpu? i have saved 120 bucks for the cpu

btw i already have some ddr3 ram (2gb) 2x1gb

i have a amd athlon II cpu

No Motherboard can be "future proof" techo incresses by two times a year.
I hope that the world runs out of oil today so we can build a world free of hate and greed and money. Build one based on love and respect for all forms of life.
