Default motherboard spec

hi guys, havent been on for a while (up north)
i have a question,
if the motherboard specs of something are this
PCI Express 2.0 x16: 4 x PCIe x16/x8
does that mean two are x16 and two are x8 or what?

That's the same board I have. Are you actually even going to use all 4 slots?

Speed:
1st Slot: 16
2nd Slot: 8
3rd Slot: Physx/8
4th Slot: 4

One slot is meant to be used for a Phsyx slot. Unless you're going to be using all four slots, which is pointless, this information isn't any good to you.
