Default Motherboard\memory question

Can someone enlighten me to what exactly memory stand is for a mobo? The one above says DDR2 800. My question is can the mobo only run DDR2 800 memory, or can it also run memory of a lower grade, such as DDR 400. Thanks.

Default Re: Motherboard\memory question

You can only use DDR2 memory in that motherboard. It does not support DDR. DDR2 is a 240 pin module whereas DDR is 184 pin.
