motherboard issues

Just put a new motherboard ram powersupply and cpu in my computer, and i get it to power on. but i cant get any video, the specs on the motherboard are as follows
asrock n68c-s ucc, bought it from newegg.com along with all the other stuff.

sounds like it could be sticking at POST if nothing is coming up on the monitor. Does the HDD light flash at all, and does it make the single 'beep' at startup?

i just went and double checked it i'm not even getting any beeps for startup, its driving me nuts because ive already replaced darn near everything. i'm going to check the HDD now

well if it's not beeping then it is definately something to do with the hardware in the case, must soldier on!

whats irritating is i think this is he same issue that lead me to replace the motherboard... the fan heatsink and obviously power supply boot up but it looks like nothing else is
