motherboard help needed

i am planning to get an amd 64 3500+ for my computer. below is a list of mobos that i have narrowed my pick down to. I am planning to have an advanced computer for the future. can you tell me which mobo would be best suitable. (also, what is sata 2?, and where can i get them?)

P.S. -sata 2 is an upgrade of sata. it runs at a theoretical limit of 300mbps instead of 150mbps.

If your mobo supports sata2 you can get sata2 drives at newegg.
