Default motherboard help

I need help with a Onboard Video and my Video RAM. But befor I post it I need to know if anyone know about my Motherboard type so they can help.
In Video Adapters under Video Size it says I am useing 700 MB of my RAM for Video RAM.
Now even if I go into my BIOS and set it to 64 MB and save and restart I goback into System Properties and Adapters and it still says 700 MB Memory Size????

I have win xp pro 32 Bit and 4. GB of RAM installed. Two Sticks with 2. GB eatch.
Now I know windows xp 32 Bit can't see 4./ GB just 3.25 GB
