Default Motherboard gone bad?

Ok last night I left my computer on in sleep mode and when i woke up my mom said that the power went out last night so i checked my computer and this is what happens now. My computer itself turns on but everything thats plugged into the back of it ie. monitor keyboard mouse doesnt work. Did my mother board get fried? What should i do

if youre plugged into a surge protector it shouldn't have hurt anything, did you try unplugging everything then plugging it all back in?
