also:
the chipset is very important to choose carefully.

if you want to have 2 graphic cards you also need to tjeck if it does support SLI and Crossfire.
if you are an overclocker you need to tjeck the overclocking performance. you do that by reviews.

I think this question is entirely dependant on what you want your whole comptuer for.

If it's for general home use browsing the web, emailing and watchign films etc then your safe with pretty much any motherboard really (but read reviews) as long as they are compatible with your processor and RAM.

What do you plan on using the computer for? Also do you already have a processor and graphics card setup in mind?

It's all about the 3s this season. That 3's so hot right now. The 3's a hot little potato.

Sticking with the 3s will be very futureproofy. Do me a favor and get a setup with an APU. I want some actual user benchmarking for that biz.
