How can I tell what brand/make/model my motherboard is???????

A) Open the case.

B) Download a nifty little program called SiSoft Sandra 2004. I'm not completely sure it tells you the make and model, but if there was anything out there that would, this would be it.

CPU-Z also has a tab called mainboard that will tell you manufacturer and version...etc
