Default mother bord suggestion?

im looking for a mother bord cuz i will be buliding my own pc
it needs to have full support of intel quad core
and at lest 3 pci exspress slots
i was thinking of the nvidia 680i

also what about water kooling?
if i was to say get the intel wuad core extream would a good heat sink and fan keep it kool enough or should i deff get water kooling?
also dual geforce 8800 do they get hot should i water kool them as well???

and im dowloaded some game files off of rapidshare
is there away wair i dont have to wait 2 horus with out bying an account?
or could somebody im me and dowloaded them and send it to me over aim or email or somthing?

ive also heard that u need a 1000watt power supply for dual 8800 not sure tho

680i all the way.

from what i heard the 8800 onboard fans are enough if you don't over-clock it too much. 1000 watts for sli-ing it is high. i think its a 650 min, but at most its 800.

as for CPU cooling, get a zalman CPU fan. they are kinda large, but keep systems cool.
