I have to admit, like I said before, my 6800GS is artifacting all over the place now, and in games, even in the full fan setting using Rivatuner, causes the heat to reach above the threshold, slowing the card down.
They are usually alot more expensive than their un-overclocked counterparts, and most likely those can be shoved up just as much, or possibly more than the overclocked versions.
I definetly think there is a fault with your card though, and even though they can't see the problem, they should refund it. The fact is, its very easy for their to be a problem with a graphics card. Its so complex in nature.
