Default More ram or Better Video Card?

What would see better performace in gaming, i have 1gig of ram, so i was thinking about getting another gig. Also i dont know much about ram latency.
Option 2, A better Video Card. right now im just running the onboard nVidia Geforce 6150. I was looking at the 7600 GT 256mb PCI-Ex.
any imput or suggestions would be appriciated, thanks.

Definitely a video card. If you are running Xp 1 gig should be fine for now. I would upgrade that too later on. If you only choose one though go with the video card. One last thing. Go with the 8600 instead of the 7600. Better performance plus DX 10.

EDIT: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814150229

There is a good video card.

I gave him the gt becuase of the price. But if you have the extra little bit of money go with the GTS. And the 1650 pro... not that good. Go with the 8600 GTS.
