Monitors = Sorehead everyday

Anyone else suffer from continual headaches/eye strain at work?

I'm not talking about teens spending a few hours gaming...
Only my 3rd week into a great job, but I am surrounded by flat screens all day... A few years back I got glasses for work when I did DTP/Multimedia and all went well, but this new job is killing me. I've spoken to the boss and colleagues and we have all 40 or so flat screens/plasma's at max. refresh etc. and they have referred me to an ''IT eye guru''. If the opthalmo or whatever can't sort it out I'll have to jack it in or get a bloody welders mask

screen filters maybe? reduce the glare or whatever it is they do.

Eye strain from monitors is such a strange thing...

I would try a screen filter or something.

specially lcd's\plasma because they dont use lasers
