i use PC wizard. doesn't give RAM temps though.. i don'tthink.

Not all video cards have probs, so you might no be able to tell the temp of your video card..

Dont think you can get RAM temps with anything.

yeah, atleast most of the ram sticks don't have temp probes.
And for the vid card I use (I have a nVidia card) the thingy it installs with the drivers.
