Default Monitor size

hey .. i was just wondering what the best monitor size would be for gaming..

My uncle has a 22' and i really like it..

I'm going to do a build once I get some money and definitely want a new monitor bigger than 17' :P...

But seriously, is there any purpose for a 30' screen??

Sapphire HD 4670 512MB GDDR3 | 2GB Corsair 667MHz | 250GB Sata HDD @ 7200RPM | 500W StealthxStream | AMD Athlon 64 x2 4000+ 2.11GHz | DVD/CD Drive |

The smaller the monitor the more "high settings" you can play your game on. I wouldn't suggest anything larger than a 22" for gaming.

22" are nice, I just got one with my HP machine I bought. 30" screens are just overkill for pc's in my opinion.
When all else fails...Ham Radio!

I still have the same old HP DV9700T laptop I've had for years...still kickin'

i like 19s and 22s. On a 30 inch screen your gunna need a super machine to achieve anything at all on it and your budget would have to be major to get a hi-res on a 30" screen that games well. I recommend a 22"
New laptop:
2.1 Ghz Core 2 Duo processor :: nVidia GT150m :: 15.6" HD LCD :: 4gb RAM :: 320gb HDD

New player: iPhone 4 32gb
