Monitor messed up

OK, I had dual monitors running. So i went into the nvidia control panel, switched to horizontal spread or whatever, and it was working. I changed it back to just one, and now when I go to my native res (1920x1080) everything shifts up and down really quick, to make it look like it's vibrating. I'm going insane and am about to just reformat because I can't take it. Everything worked perfect prior to this. I just want to be able to display my native res without this damn shaking crap, and every other res works fine. I'm sure I put everything back to how it was before, but it just doesn't work. PLEASE HELP.

Nevermind. I went into the "Change the signal or HD format" section of the nvidia control panel, and changed it to 1080p HDTV. For some reason that fixed it. Why it was changed, I have no cue.
