when i plug the monitor in on my new pc the little green light flashes on and off constantly with nothing coming on the screen......can anyone tell me whats wrong...everything else is working fine....please help

this has happened a few times to me...
try resetting the computer (mostly used to work for me)
make sure the cable is securely plugged into the computer (screwed all the way in)
try pushing the power button on the monitor on and off
try a different monitor
-or try the same monitor on a different computer
hope one of these works!
