Define "jittors" please? Like moves back and forth, brightness changes...

IS it a CRT or LCD monitor?

Electromagnetic interference possibly. Do you have anything around or near your monitor that may cause that such as unshielded speakers, generators, stereo systems, etc.?

The monitor. Try moving the speakers further away from the monitor.
