Monitor Help PLEASE!

Alright so my monitoir was working fine and i left for about 3 hrs and came back to notice it was so blurry i can read almost nothing! any explanations? can i change this?

Try rebooting it, its not a very good explanation to work with

im not sure.... but you should never leave your monitor on for too long.... if its an lcd... it could have possibly been burn in..
