Monitor gone?

Yet I bring another problem, this one's about my monitor. It just doesnt switch on, right now I'm using my second rig.

It looks to me as though its a problem with the switch, and not the tube as I cant hear anything at all when it is switched on. The small light next to the switch doesnt come on either. I'm about to open it but just wanted to make sure it is the switch.

It just suddenly happened?
Was you rcomputer on or of whern it happened?
Have you made sure everything is plugged in and fine?
Have you tryed the monitor on a different computer?
Is it LCD or TFT?
I don;t recommend opening up a monitor...Unless you 100% know what your doing and dont it before...You could electrocute yourself...

Getting a slight shock is fun.

But anyways, its done. It was the switch after all. =)

Lol. Monitors store thousands of watts in them, they don't have any way of getting rid of the electricity. You'd die, not a small shock

Yup a great idea if u wanna die, just open a monitor and fiddle around with it, really it works
