Monitor Flickering Problem

Hi. I browse this site a lot: CTG Music Community. The background keeps flickering and I can't figure out why.

id it a CRT screen or LCD screen. Have you checked the refresh rate under the screens menu?

Does it only flicker when you visit that site? I smell a certain processed canned meat product.
