Default monitor flicker

ok so everytime i right click on a folder or something in my task bar ect...my monitor flickers. it is a brand new graphics card but a pretty old "15" inch crt monitor..any ideas?

Hmm, thats very very weird...

Have you got the drivers for the graphics card installed properly?

Try unpluggin your monitor for a minute or so then pluggin it back in. Check to make sure the right driver is installed for your monitor. Other then that your monitor may just be starting to go on ya.

Yeah. Does it only happen when you right click though to bring up a menu?

yea and the drivers are installed already..the monitor is very old but was not used much it's a cybervision c50 15 inch(built the pc for college but could not affor a new monitor) and it only happend when i right click to bring up a menue...saving up for a 21 inch wide screan.....but got to pay for college first....august 3rd wil be here quick
