Monitor Dispalys No Signal

Ok so here's the deal recently my brother accidently tipped over his computer tower and it fell. Since then the monitor doesnt dispaly a signal it just stays with a orange light.
What I Know:

It's not the power supply , i swapped it out with a different one , no results.
It's not the video card, Did the same as above.
It's not the monitor, Did the same as above.

Any suggestions?

I was thinking some component on the motherboard broke and it needs to be replaced but before i go out and buy a new one i wanted to see if its possible to fix.

On impact cards can get popped out of their sockets. Check ALL card in slot type devices. Memory, CPU, CMOS chip, anything that could have been jarred loose.

Also you could try running the computer from the onboard graphics (if it has it) and that will illuminate the card or card port.
