Monitor Advice

Okay I've been looking forever for a decent 19" monitor and need to get over 100Hz for my gaming... here's one I've had in mind.

A lot of the information I don't understand, so I was wondering if someone here could help me by telling me about this monitor's refresh rate from the details on that page. I thought maybe it was something to do with the "Max Sync Rate" but I have a feeling that's something different... and yeah I'd very much like to have the 1028 resolution at 100Hz or more. I'm not bothered if it can't do over 100Hz on the higher resolutions.

61 Hz at the highest resolution is the refresh rate listed-It doesnt say for lower resolutions probably close to 80-You will find it fine in 800x600 1024x768
61 hz flickers some.
I find gaming better at 1024x768, the action is still fast with a good video card.

It does 1280x1024 @ 85Hz , not sure if it goes above 100 on a lower res but I would really need it to. My graphics card isn't too great, it's only a 128mb GF4 mx440. Anyway, thanks for your help.
