Default Which monitor?

Hello, i have been looking at both of these monitors, and would like some feedback on which one would be better for what i do. I mostly play games, World of Warcraft. I will also be hooking this up to my laptop and watching movies on it, could you tell me which one would be better, and what the main differences are between these 2.

There nice monitors. For me I would go with a 17 inch. But I would say the first one.

The first has a 5ms response time, and the second, a 2ms response time. You'd be hard pressed to notice the difference TBH, so just go with the first one and don't waste anything on the 3ms difference.

I'd go with the 2nd one. It has a better contrast ratio and a faster response time.
