Default Monitor?

What the hell is this? I turn on my computer and I see this little box pop up for a sec then hide behind my aim buddy list. Then theres a thing in the taskbar that says "Monitor" And I select move and I dragged it to the center. Here's what it looks like:

Is someone monitoring me?

Yeah, definitely run your AVG, to be on the safe side. Also, try using this, it works really well. http://www.download.com/Ad-Aware-200...bj=dl&tag=top5

Download Spybot Search and Destroy and get rid of it:

http://www.safer-networking.org/

Its the one I use, and it seems to be protecting me fine. Just make sure you update.
