Question modem driver???

hi can anyone find a driver for a SoftV92 Data Fax Modem for xp home??? i really need it because the one that comes in sp2 makes my internet connection 33.1kbps when it is normally 52.7kbps. thx i would really appreciate it. ( i want to play counter strike!)

im very sad to say, it didnt WORK. ah well i guess im just gonna have to format and load xp on this computer again and start from scratch. thx for all ur help though, i really appreciate it but reformatting my computer again is inevitable!
