Mobos and Static?

Ok well i hear that mobos r realy sensitive to static... is taht true? if so..im installing some new stuff should i be aware of anything?

yes, all computer parts are sensitive to static. When you work on computer parts outside of the case, you should work on them on an anti-static mat and when you are working inside your case you should be wearing an antistatic wristband and have it properly grounded to the computer's chassis.

dont ground to the chassis .... ground to a bit of exposed pipe (radiator [well i use} or toilet or watever)
