Default Mobo vs. Mobo for gaming computer

I was looking into building my first gaming rig and I was wondering the diffrence between the

Intel DP45SG
http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...?EdpNo=4008497

and the

Asus P5Q Green Mobo
http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...?EdpNo=3940037

Which would be better for a gaming computer and what will be better DDR2 and DDR3?

I'd go with the Intel

For starters, the Intel board has 2 PCI-E x16 slots...meaning capable of running two GPU's where as the Asus one doesn't.

I'd go with the Biostar P45.
