Default Mobo return???

Has anyone had to return a mobo to ASUS?? If so what is the turn around time you had? I am in Michigan and have to send a brand new mobo back to them. As of right now I hate ASUS. I had to pay the diagnosis and shipping ($45) for this stupid thing and it just came out of the box!!

I have to send it back to them so they can either repair it or give me a new one. I bought it from Newegg in december but didn't opened it until last week.

Ahh. That might be a problem then, I think mobo's dont have a long warranty, 3 months maybe...ring newegg, or email them and ask them,

It has a 3 year warranty. ASUS is going to take care of it for me but I have to send it back to them in California. They are either going to send me a new one or repair it. I am hoping fr a new one.
