A nice motherboard would be a BIOSTAR NF325-A7 Socket 754 NVIDIA nForce3 250 ATX

As for a PSU, you can't go wrong with the FSP Group (Fortron Source) ATX400-PA 400W Power Supply

That's a good one too. I've had a ECS board or two and they worked just fine.

I didn't notice the Biostar was out of stock. Sorry about that.

If you want to save a few bucks on the PSU, there's a 350W FSP Group PSU for $29.99 that should be enough to power that system.

depends on alot of stuff like no. of hardrive and cd drives graphics cards etc

but if u just want the basics hardrive cd drive mobo processor ram then u could prob do it with 250W or at a push 200W

keep in mind also that you will need proper amount of amps to run your PC i say 16A would do well you could probaly go as low as 12A if your lucky

may i also reccomend a different socket type AM2 will last a LONG time because they will be combatible with AM3 sockets too so you wont have to go out and buy a new motherboard. as i can see your on a tight budget which im always on too
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...e=Socket%20AM2
theres the AM2 lineup

also consider Intel
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...me=Celeron%20D
theres the lineup you should consider

hope i didnt confuse you

To be on the safe side, I wouldn't suggest going any lower than a 300W power supply.
