Post MOBO N Vid Card

This Motherboard here:
GIGABYTE GA-MA790FXT-UD5P AM3 DDR3 AMD 790FX ATX AMD Motherboard
Support AM3 Socket Phenom II DDR3 CPU Only

Will This Video Card Work With The MOBO:
MSI R4890-T2D1G OC Radeon HD 4890 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card - OC Edition

R Will This One Work:
SAPPHIRE Toxic 100269TXSR Radeon HD 4890 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card

R Does It Matter Which One It Is
Also Does This Processor Work With This MoBo:
AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition Deneb 3.2GHz 4 x 512KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache Socket AM3 125W Quad-Core Processor

Yes, both video cards and the Phenom II X4 955 BE will work with that motherboard.

The motherboard is a socket AM3 and has 2 x PCI Express x16 slots. The video cards are both PCI Express 2.0 compliant and the Phenom II X4 955 is a socket AM3 CPU.

Also Will This Ram Work On The MOBO

It should fit just fine. It's a mid-tower so it should have enough room for your goodies.
