In the mean time, something to consider, are you likely to upgrade this computer further down the line or just do a new build.

If both motherboards are compatible with your current components, they both look like they have the same chipset, so all you need to check is the outputs really and maybe overclocking ability and then decide if paying the extra is worth those extra features.
