Default Mobo which is Better?

I'm stuck...

Which do you guys consider better?

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813136151

The only problems I have heard with this is that it can get EXTREMELY loud to the point of annoyance. Can I just buy an aftermarket fan to replace the loud chipset fan?

Then there's this.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131540

The only problems with that supposedly is alot come DOA/Doesn't work with 4GB RAM (Which I am not using anyhow).

Any imput?

If you are going to be overclocking get the DFI. If you arent then get the Asus. If this is your first build or you dont know much about computers I wouldnt suggest the DFI because those are very complex motherboards

Well if you ask any hard core overclocker what they think Im pretty sure they will tell you DFI. Asus may be ok but they arent as good as DFI's.

ASUS DEFF! I experience the same problem before with DFI and ASUS. Even though DFI can bost lots of nice little features, they can get extremely loud. Some of our Pro systems at our UNI use DFI's and you sure can tell it! ASUS all the way!

P.S the ASUS has an extra PCI slot, two more USB 2.0 Ports and comes with a nice software bundle! PLUS you have the advantage of the AMD Cool 'n' Quiet! Technology!

true but DFIs are way better , they have more options and they can raise the voltage much higher than any asus motherboard

If you are going for a performance and want it to perform to the max then yes, the DFI. On the other hand if you are going to be an occasional performance hiker then the Asus will still give you as much advantages and a few more with the plus of being nice and quiet.
