Exclamation Missing Windowes setup file!!!

I tried repairing my windos registry off the cd. After trying to copy new install files from net, it gives a message stating "C:\$WIN_NT$.~BT\aeequiux.sys couldn't be copied or is missing" This worries me because if i skip the update of installer files, it still doesn't work same error. PLEASE HELP .. this could fix my comp problems!
